Job Summary:
A Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Missoula, Montana. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers a night shift with a weekly guaranteed minimum of 36 hours and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification, 2+ years of PICU experience, proficiency with Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, experience with Nihon Koden and Drager ventilators
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), critical care experience in pediatrics
- Additional Information: Need to float to a second unit, usually NICU; patient ratios are PICU 1:1 or 2:1; equipment includes Nihon Koden and Drager vents; unit has 12 beds; unit profile includes PICU/Pediatrics department within a community hospital setting
