• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required prior to the first shift. A minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience, ICU experience, and previous experience in a select medical organization are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in managing critical drips including Propofol, Fentanyl, Levophed, Precedex, Versed, Rituximab, Vasopressin; comfort with ventilators and high-risk airways including endotracheal tubes; wound care knowledge with experience in complex wounds and wound vacs.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and provide patient and family education. Leadership duties may include assuming charge responsibilities following orientation. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional development.
