Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Utica, New York. This position involves providing critical care in the emergency department with a focus on pediatric and adult patients. The role requires flexibility with shift times and the ability to float across department units as needed to support operational needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shifts from 14:30 to 03:00, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications, active New York license, and documentation of travel experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Department, including pediatric care; candidates must meet the travel distance requirement of 75 miles or more from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge capability experience is highly preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in the emergency department with a focus on pediatric and adult patient care, utilizing electronic medical record system EPIC. RTO must be included at the time of submission.
