Description
Job Summary:
The location is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a registered nurse (RN) position specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) boarders within the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The RN will provide care to ICU boarders, primarily trauma overflow patients, and may float to Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds or other ICU/stepdown units based on census and need. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited nursing school, Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and 0 years of minimum experience in the clinical specialty.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in the area of clinical specialty.

- Additional Information: RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. The role involves collaboration with patients, families, peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize care. The RN will direct nursing support staff according to departmental and organizational standards. Professional education, training, or additional certifications related to the specialty may be required.
