Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Mother Baby Unit is sought for a position located in Boise, Idaho. This role involves providing care to postpartum patients and newborns within a busy hospital environment. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day. The position entails working 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to work holidays as needed.
Job Details:
- Location: Boise, Idaho
- Specialty: Post Partum Floor
- Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with additional weekend and holiday requirements
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Certifications: BLS Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE Certification
- Education & Experience: Registered Nurse License; at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting required; 0 years minimum experience as noted
- EMR: Epic
- Responsibilities include managing postpartum care, neonatal care, and working within established protocols
- Float Requirements: May float to other units or hospitals as needed
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is expected
