Description
Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery (L&D) postpartum (PP) in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves working on a postpartum floor with a rotating schedule of day and night shifts. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The role requires a minimum of one year of travel RN experience in postpartum or antepartum nursing.
Job Details:
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Shift Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 1+ years of travel RN experience in postpartum or antepartum care; experience working on a postpartum floor in a health care facility; flexible with weekends and holidays
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with labor and delivery postoperative care, proficiency in patient education for postpartum recovery, strong nursing documentation skills
- Additional Information: This assignment requires candidates to be adaptable to changing shift rotations, with an emphasis on patient-centered care in a fast-paced postpartum environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient populations and capable of prioritizing clinical responsibilities effectively.
