Job Summary:
Torrance, California This position is for a Certified Operating Room Technician in an acute care hospital setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting surgical teams during procedures, ensuring compliance with sterilization, aseptic techniques, and patient safety protocols. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Operating Room Technician, valid State of California license in hand, and no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro surgery experience is a plus.
• Float: Float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work on a rotating schedule including one Saturday shift and participate in on-call plus rotation. Candidates should have experience with surgical procedures such as OR assistance, sterilization, aseptic technique, and familiarity with surgical equipment including Da Vinci Xi robotic system and Mako Robot.
