Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients within the PCU. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers a night shift schedule, working 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for the current state of practice; BLS certification is required; experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months; knowledge of assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, communication, and supervision of nursing staff.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Additional Information: Employees must possess the appropriate state-specific Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain it for the duration of employment, depending on the facility location.
• Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, formulating and revising care plans, providing direct patient care, supervising staff, documenting care activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
