Description

Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Pediatric Hematology Oncology is required for a facility located in Brookhaven, Georgia. This position involves providing safe patient care in a dynamic clinical environment, working as part of a team to support pediatric patients with hematology and oncology needs. Candidates must bring their active license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Brookhaven, Georgia
  • Schedule: 3x12 shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, nights; minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend required
  • Required Qualifications: Active registered nurse (RN) license verified via NURSYS report; 2+ years of pediatric hematology/oncology experience; BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and chemo certification (APHON Chemo) required; must have pediatric hematology/oncology experience; BMT (Blood Marrow Transplant) experience preferred but not required; current FLU SHOT; must be tested for nicotine; experience with Epic electronic medical record system; submission must include return to work (RTW) details at the time of application.
  • Additional Information:
    • The facility requires a COVID-19 (flu) vaccination with no exemptions accepted if in flu season.
    • Scrub color is flexible.
    • The facility is a nicotine-free environment.
    • The position starts immediately, with a tentative start date of 07/20/2026.
