Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in a facility setting. This position requires delivering patient care on an intermediate care unit, focusing on a broad patient population with telemetry monitoring. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care in accordance with regulatory standards and patient needs.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state/district, BSN highly desired, minimum of 2 years of RN experience, 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience, current BLS and ACLS certification, graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, must reside 50 miles away from the facility, and experience with Cerner EMR is required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing initial and ongoing assessments, delivering age-appropriate care, and documenting patient information properly. The nurse must demonstrate competence in care delivery, understanding of patient growth and development, and ability to interpret patient needs for optimal care planning.
