Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Phoenix, Arizona. The RN will be responsible for delivering quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and participating in patient assessments and discharge planning. Candidates are required to bring their valid license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications & Education Requirements: BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required prior to first shift. ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY). Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, ACLS certification (if applicable), and two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.
• Additional Information: The RN performs comprehensive nursing assessments, contributes to patient care planning, documents accurately, and participates in discharge planning and team communication. The role involves supervising ancillary nursing staff, ensuring patient and staff safety, and maintaining effective communication. Charge responsibility may be assumed after orientation, and professional growth is encouraged through continuing education.
