Description

Job Summary
Emergency Room RN for a facility located in Michigan City, IN. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy emergency department environment. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care for a wide age range, from newborns to adults, ensuring safety and compliance with department protocols.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights shift, from 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience, certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Preferred Qualifications: ENPC and TNCC certifications are preferred.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The RN will work in a 23-bed emergency department, with patient ratios of 4:1, using equipment such as Level 1 ultrasound, Sonosite, and Bear Hugger. EMR system in use is Epic.
