Description
Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Cardiac Observation Units is sought in Tucson, Arizona. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care for patients pre- and post-procedure in a high-acuity environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Tucson, AZ
- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Shift Schedule: Varies; 3 x 12-hour shifts: Days (0600-1830, 0700-1930, 0800-2030), with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Arizona or with a compact state license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in PACU, ICU, telemetry, cath lab, or surgery center may be considered favorably
- Schedule: Shift hours are variable with core shifts of 12 hours, inclusive of weekends on a rotational basis approximately every 4 to 6 weeks
- Additional Information: Call requirements have begun, including Saturday and Sunday shifts on a rotational basis, with availability of on-call duties as specified in the notes
