Job Summary:
A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required prior to first shift, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only), minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, Michigan state license, and relevant nursing education.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a progressive care or similar unit.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The RN performs comprehensive patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, and participates in patient education and interdisciplinary team conferences. The role includes supervising ancillary staff, ensuring safety, and supporting discharge planning and patient education. The RN is expected to contribute positively to team dynamics and participate in ongoing professional development.
