Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry (TELE) nurse for a day shift position in Evanston, Illinois. This role involves working 12-hour shifts, with candidates required to meet certain certification and experience criteria. Candidates are required to bring their license and certifications on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

• Location: Evanston, Illinois
• Schedule: Day Shift, 12 Hours, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) plus passing an EKG test (all must be presented at the time of submission). A minimum of 2 years of experience in Stroke/Neuro is required; 3 years preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Stroke/Neuro
• Floating: Float rotation may be required; candidates will be the first to float to like units as needed.
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• On-Call Requirements: Not applicable
• Orientation: 24-32 hours, with 16 hours non-billable
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must start within 2 weeks of offer date and submit credentials by the Thursday before the start date.
