Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves working on a 36-bed general surgery and trauma unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position features a 12-hour shift schedule, every other weekend, with no call responsibilities.
Job Details:
- Location: Wichita, Kansas
- Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; associate degree or higher in nursing; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; no minimum experience required; located in the United States or eligible to work in the U.S.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a general surgery or trauma unit preferred
- Additional Information: The facility utilizes Cerner OneChart electronic health record system. This is a 13-week contract position with a holiday commitment required for an elevated rate. No call duties are included.
