Job Summary:
This TELE (Telemetry) Nurse position is located in Prescott, Arizona. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with various medical conditions in a telemetry unit. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment. The position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience in telemetry nursing.

Job Details:

Location: Prescott, AZ
Specialty: Telemetry
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a telemetry nursing role
Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch; minimum of 36 hours per week; scheduled over a 4-week period
Shift Notes: First to float; shifts arranged for 4 weeks; self-scheduling is used but managed by the supervisor for balance
Float Requirements: May float to East Campus and possibly the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) if qualified
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
Orientation: One shift of unit-specific orientation
Holidays and Weekends: Two weekends per 4-week schedule; holiday coverage includes Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving with specific shift arrangements (e.g., 2 days and 1 evening or 2 evenings and 1 day)
Additional Information: Shifts are scheduled for 4 weeks; custom to float as needed; Cerner electronic medical record system; no minimum years of experience required beyond the stated qualifications.
