Job Summary:
Gastroenterology Laboratory Endoscopy Technician in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role involves sterilizing and preparing endoscopic rooms and equipment, supporting physicians and registered nurses during procedures, and maintaining safety and equipment functionality. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Medical Assisting or Surgical Technology, or Certified Nurse Assistant certification, or six (6) months of Endoscopy Technician experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified

- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and delivering specimens, assisting in patient intake and transport, monitoring vitals, and participating in in-service trainings to refresh professional skills.
