Job Summary:
This Post Partum Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Silverdale, Washington. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The role involves providing specialized postpartum care for mothers and infants, with an emphasis on quality bundles related to postpartum hemorrhage (PPH), hypertension (HTN), hypoglycemic infants, thermoregulation, duramorph, and pain documentation. The assignment is scheduled for the night shift, with a start date of 07/20/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS Certification and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certificate; must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in postpartum or related units; all candidates must be willing to wait for license submission and possess an active license to submit.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a postpartum or mother/baby unit, familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system, and adherence to quality care bundles for postpartum-related conditions.
• Float: No float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for shorter assignments. Position involves unit-specific orientation, including 8 hours of Epic class, office day, and 2-3 shifts on the floor.
