Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (ER) Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in the emergency room setting, assessing patient needs, planning and implementing appropriate care, and evaluating patient progress. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Shift Time: Nights
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or valid temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for the current state of practice; BLS certification is required; COVID vaccination.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, including in the specialty area.
• Additional Information: The RN will assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. They will formulate and implement individualized care plans, coordinate care responsibilities, document accurately, and evaluate patient and family responses. The role may involve supervising other staff and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
