Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse in Fredericksburg, Texas. This position involves providing specialized telemetry monitoring and patient care in a Med-Surg unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, and experience in telemetry and post-operative care. A minimum of zero years of experience is required, but candidates with two or more years of experience and proficiency in Meditech Expanse (patient care system) are preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a four-week schedule requiring sign-up for every other weekend or two weekends, and participation in holidays.
