Job Summary:
The position of Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse Practitioner in Farmington, Connecticut, involves providing specialized outpatient ambulatory care within a medical oncology and hematology oncology unit. Candidates are required to bring their Connecticut license or a compact license on the first day. The role entails working 8-hour daytime shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends, no on-call responsibilities, and no major holidays.
Job Details:
- Shift Time: 8 Hour Days, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: Connecticut license or compact license on file at the time of submission; minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology outpatient care; prior travel experience; experience with oncology patients, outpatient ambulatory care, and outpatient clinics; ONS chemotherapy immunotherapy provider card.

During the assignment, staff will be required to work additional hours as needed to ensure coverage, including mandatory overtime. No major holidays are required.
