Description
Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry Registered Nurse position is available in Tucson, Arizona. This travel role involves providing patient care within a float pool environment across multiple facilities. The assignment begins as soon as possible and is designed for a duration of thirteen weeks, offering shift hours from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm on a three-shift rotation, with six weekend shifts included in each six-week schedule.
Job Details:
- Location: Tucson, Arizona, 6200 N La Cholla Blvd
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Arizona nursing license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, two or more years of clinical experience; Cerner electronic medical record experience is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, leadership ability, and experience in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.
- Float: Float rotation may be required between the following facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
- Additional Information: This position requires flexibility to work across departments within the float pool, with a ratio of 6 patients to 1 nurse. Scrub color can be any color. The position is created as a contractor replacement.
