• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in state of practice; BLS certification; minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in the specialty area of emergency care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher; professional certification in relevant specialties.
• Additional Information: Employees working at certain healthcare facilities must possess and maintain specific Fingerprint Clearance Cards as per organizational requirements.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulate and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with the healthcare team, evaluate patient responses, and document care activities accurately. Provide evidence-based care and participate in clinical research or quality improvement activities. Interact with multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, and external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
