Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in the Connecticut area. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care on a night shift schedule, with every other weekend rotation, including call and holiday responsibilities. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in emergency nursing and at least one year of prior travel experience in the Emergency Room.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of two years of emergency nursing experience, at least one year of prior travel ER experience, certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience floating to psychiatric holding areas is a plus.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: During the assignment, personnel are considered part of the unit and may be required to work additional hours to ensure coverage. The manager will extend an offer after interview.
