Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Austin, Texas. This contract assignment involves working in a specialized telemetry unit, providing patient care with a focus on cardiac monitoring. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a dedicated team, starting on July 13, 2026.
Job Details:
- Location: Austin, Texas

- Shift: 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Target Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Telemetry or Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) experience
- 0+ years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- TNCC certification
- Typical Procedures Performed on Unit:
- Cardiac monitoring and telemetry surveillance
- Wound Vac management
- External fixation and bracing procedures
- Personality Fit: Outgoing and team-oriented staff tend to excel in this environment
- Dress Code: Navy scrub color; specific policies may apply
- Additional Information:
- The unit is equipped with Welch Allyn Vital Signs monitors and GE Telemetry Monitoring systems.
- The staff includes experienced nurses and support personnel.
