Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Nurse Manager specializing in Operating Room and Surgical Services in Manhasset, New York. This full-time role involves overseeing a fast-paced neurosurgery department, providing leadership for patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, and staff management. Job Details:

• Location: 300 Community Drive, Manhasset, NY 11030
• Schedule: Days shift, working 9.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 38 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, current New York State Registered Nurse license, a minimum of 6-8 years of nursing experience, at least 5 years of operating room experience, minimum of 3 years of neurosurgery experience, and 2-5 years of solid leadership or management experience.
• Experience working in a quaternary care facility and CNOR certification are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing and leading a multidisciplinary team, supporting recruitment and retention, and maintaining high standards of patient care within a neurosurgery unit. The position is temporary-to-permanent, with responsibilities including strategic planning, resource management, and clinical excellence during assigned shifts.
