Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in Owosso, Michigan. This position involves providing compassionate and skilled care in the Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum units, supporting over 500 families annually in a family-focused birth center environment. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, including managing labor and delivery, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift; 12 hours shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High proficiency in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum (LDRP) including Labor, Triage, Delivery, Circulating, C-Sections, Newborn Care, Postpartum Care; at least 2+ years of OB/GYN experience; active Michigan license; active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications; must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor; must have own vehicle; experience with LDRP
• Preferred Qualifications: Completed Covid vaccination (exemptions allowed)
• Profile Requirements: Work history, Skills Checklist current to 1 year for OB/GYN, two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years, active Michigan license, all certifications listed above, and inclusion of all RTO requests at the time of submission
• Additional Information: No scheduled on-call; on-call responsibilities are voluntary if requested; weekend work every third weekend; holidays required if scheduled
