Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS TELE) is needed for a 12-hour night shift at a healthcare facility located in Marion, Illinois. This position involves working on a 22-bed neuro unit with a focus on neuro and neuro-surgical patients. The role requires providing high-quality patient care, performing neuro assessments, and managing various medical procedures. The assignment offers 13 weeks of contract work starting on August 24, 2026, with guaranteed set hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Marion, Illinois
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Schedule: 36 hours per week guarantee, with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Required Qualifications: Must have current active Illinois RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, and a minimum of two years of strong medical-surgical/telemetry experience, including neuro experience. Recent EPIC charting experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)
• Float: Float rotation may be required to medical units
• Additional Information: The neuro unit is a 22-bed facility with a patient ratio of 1:4. Candidates should be resilient, hardworking, adaptable to change, and able to manage a busy patient load with strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities include neuro assessments, dysphagia screening, blood and blood product administration, IV management, and more.
• On Call/Call Back: Not required
• Interview Days: Monday through Friday, with both manager phone and MSP interviews available
