Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Norwich, New York. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited school of Nursing; current New York State Registered Nurse License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications; minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing; professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
• Skills: Collaboration, communication (verbal and written), judgment/critical thinking, organizational understanding, planning (organizing, time management), problem solving, quality focus, reliability, safety and risk management.
• Additional Information: The role requires active participation in professional development and compliance with all nursing practice standards. Candidates may be expected to perform duties related to the Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator role when assigned.
