Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse position available in ROCK HILL, South Carolina. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in a 36-hour weekly schedule, primarily during night shifts. The RN will support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing practices within the designated unit and oversee clinical staff as delegated.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours
• Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 0 years of experience, relevant certification(s) as required by the facility, and the ability to work in the United States at the specified location
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting, and familiarity with electronic charting systems such as Cerner
• Additional Information: The RN will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care on a per shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of clinical excellence and resource management.
