Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in MESA, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for surgical patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or valid licensure under compact agreement; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing; professional certification related to operating room nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in the operating room, including assessment, planning, and executing surgical nursing procedures. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment where effective communication and teamwork are essential. This position may require the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, use proper body mechanics, and respond quickly to urgent care needs.
