Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Saco, Maine. This role involves providing home health services across various patient populations, including adult medical-surgical, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary. The position offers a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, and involves working every other weekend or with a fixed weekday off based on agency needs.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Healthcare
• Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in home healthcare or similar clinical settings.
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Float Requirements: None.
• Equipment: Clinician will be assigned a laptop and iPhone with case and chargers, nursing supply bin, nursing bag with vital signs equipment, INR machine, and agency bag, all of which must be returned upon departure.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Call: No overnight call; callback required 2-4 times monthly between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Patient Ratios: Manage 20-25 patients with approximately 6 visits daily; may be reassigned as needed during contract.
• Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs (any color); no jeans, open-toed shoes, or clothing with holes.
• Additional Notes: No float rotation required; focus on collaborative and team-oriented approach with good communication and openness to feedback.
