Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking an RN Manager in Pleasanton, California. This position involves overseeing clinical operations and providing leadership within a designated nursing unit. Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university; RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure; two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in nurse management or equivalent leadership roles; knowledge of health care policies and regulations; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Additional Information: The position involves supervising patient care staff, coordinating clinical operations, facilitating staff development and training, and participating in unit planning and quality improvement initiatives. The candidate should demonstrate leadership capacity and ability to manage change conducive to enhancing patient safety and care quality.
