Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Step Down Unit at a facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, will provide high-quality patient care in a 31-bed unit with patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6. This position involves working night shifts with guaranteed hours, delivering comprehensive care within a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Position: Step Down Unit Nurse
- Schedule: Nights 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (complete all ACLS modules), at least 1 year of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None listed
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information:
- Start date: 08/03/2026
- Total patient care responsibilities in a 31-bed unit
- Scrubs: Royal Blue
- EMR: CERNER
- Must include permanent home address and social security number on submission
- Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
