Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse position in Glendale, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting. The RN will supervise staff, support the facility's clinical standards, and ensure high-quality patient care during each shift.

Job Details:

• Location: Glendale, Arizona
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, RN certification, current CPR certification, Arizona state registration, 1+ years of relevant OR nursing experience, and ability to work dayshift hours.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room nursing, familiarity with surgical procedures and instrumentation, certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR).
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, as well as resource management related to patient care.
