Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry is located in Neptune, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized plans based on patient assessments. The nurse will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage patient care, and document clinical activities, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required, holidays as needed, no on-call requirement, floating: float rotation may be required.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited school of nursing, New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, BLS (Basic Life Support) AHA certification, NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification, Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam required, minimum 2 years recent telemetry experience, and 2 years of experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Additional Skills: Evidence-based practice advocacy, clinical documentation, care management, patient assessment, care planning, therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Certifications & Licensure: BLS - AHA, NIHSS, Telemetry Certification, and ACLS.
• Minimum Experience: 0 years required.
