Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse opportunity in Massachusetts. This position involves providing essential emergency care services in a fast-paced environment, serving a diverse patient population with a focus on trauma and pediatric cases. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum commitment of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). A valid Massachusetts (MA) license and at least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing are required. Experience with Meditech Expanse 6 Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Peds experience and comfort with pediatric patients are necessary.
• Additional Information: The candidate must have recent travel experience and be willing to work at a facility with 41 private exam beds, an accelerated care unit (ACU) with 7 beds, and 35 hall beds. The average emergency department census is 75 patients. Orientation sessions are scheduled for 07/28/2026, 08/11/2026, or 08/25/2026. Local candidates (less than 50 miles from the facility) are encouraged to apply, and submission must include an up-to-date resume reflecting 2+ years of emergency room experience, along with a skills checklist matching the specialty and current certifications.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
