Job Summary:
The Operating Room (OR) Nursing position is located in Tallahassee, Florida. This role involves working in a busy surgical environment, requiring strong circulating and scrubbing skills across various specialties. Candidates must be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of handling diverse surgical cases. The assignment begins on 08/03/2026, with shifts scheduled for evening hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour evening shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Florida or compact registered nursing license; BLS certification; minimum of 3 years of OR nursing experience; at least 2 previous travel assignments; experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, general surgery, gynecology, vascular surgery, urology, or robotics; heavy robotic and trauma experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification; CNOR certification.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience circulating and/or scrubbing in OR settings, be willing to float across various OR specialties, and work weekend, holiday, and call rotations as per unit needs. IVS to manager. EPIC training will be provided during orientation, with testing out options available. Candidates should be comfortable working in a trauma level 2, teaching facility with designated stroke and chest pain centers, featuring 772 beds and multiple OR pods on ground and first floors, serving diverse surgical specialties.
