Description

Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Professional in Tustin, California. This role involves providing in-home health services in the designated coverage area. The position requires a dedicated and compassionate HCP to deliver quality patient care in a home setting with a standard work schedule.

Job Details:

Shift: Days; 8 hours per day
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, alternating weekends
Location: Tustin, California
Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, California Driver's License, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, active auto insurance.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in home healthcare setting with Oasis experience required.
Additional Information: Candidate must be capable of traveling an average of 30-100 miles per day within the coverage area. No additional preferred qualifications listed.
