Home Health RN | Travel Contract
Position Overview
Experienced Home Health RN needed to provide skilled nursing care to a primarily geriatric patient population. Candidates must have recent OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
Assignment Details

Specialty: Home Health

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience

First-Time Travelers Accepted: No

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Productivity Expectation: Minimum 30 points per week

Average Patient Visits: 5–7 patients per day (please confirm during interview)

On-Call Requirement: Yes (details discussed during interview)

Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the assigned office/hub

Local Candidates: Accepted at the travel rate

License: Active state RN license required at the time of submission
