Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Specialist located in Iowa. This position involves providing care for patients undergoing vascular and interventional procedures, with a focus on post-op and recovery support. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Position: Interventional Radiology (IR) Specialist
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026 through 12/14/2026.
• Required Qualifications: 15 years of interventional vascular and/or post-operative experience in a hospital or medical center setting, EPIC electronic medical record system experience, BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS, Iowa state license, and a valid drivers license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Recent/current Cardiac Catheterization or Cardiac Postoperative care experience, TR Band management experience, professional references from within the past 24 months.
• Responsibilities: Provide interventional vascular patient care, assist with post-op and recovery procedures, float assistance to Cardiac Holding, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable floating to Cardiac Holding, first-time travelers are welcomed, and the candidate must be willing to work 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed.
