Description

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a busy emergency department setting. The position requires a dedicated professional with a strong medical background and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

Location: Manchester, NH
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
Schedule: Every other weekend for contract labor (RN), every third for HCA hired staff (RNs, Medics, ED Techs), every other weekend for department coordinators
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Start Date: 08/03/2026
Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications; at least 2 years of emergency department experience in a hospital setting; active license; strong assessment skills; adaptability; strong communication skills; dependability; strong understanding of medical terminology.
Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of emergency department experience for hired staff; MOAB (Medical Operating And Barcoding) certification; strong understanding of EKG interpretation.
Additional Information: The role involves handling patients with diverse and complex conditions such as trauma, stroke, cardiac, orthopedic, and psychiatric cases. Candidates must demonstrate motivation, problem-solving skills, and a caring attitude toward patients. RN's working with policy written protocols based on chief complaints can order labs, X-rays, EKGs, and medications according to protocol.
