Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse position is located in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, at a facility well-regarded for its high patient satisfaction and comprehensive maternity services. This role involves providing specialized care to mothers and newborns, collaborating closely with obstetricians and midwives to support birthing preferences and needs. The position offers nights shifts and requires dedicated focus on labor, postpartum, and mother-baby care.

Job Details:

• Location: Great Barrington, Massachusetts
• Shift Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, start date 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, STABLE certification, 2 years current Labor and Delivery experience, Post Partum/Mother Baby experience, and experience with the Skills Checklist for Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Mother Baby.
• Additional Requirements: Work history in relevant specialties, supervisory reference from within past two years, own transportation, and the inclusion of all scheduling and time off requests at submission (no more than 5 days RTO).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume maternity setting, familiarity with electronic fetal monitoring.
• Certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA), STABLE.
• Licenses: Massachusetts RN license.
• Schedule Type: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
