Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care within a Level III trauma center. The RN will work in a fast-paced environment supporting a diverse patient population with a focus on trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis cases, utilizing team nursing and pod system approaches.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN diploma or associate degree in nursing (ADN), valid state licensure, ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC certifications, a minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience, and required location in the United States
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis protocols
- Additional Information: The emergency department has 48 beds with flex space, utilizes Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle, Istat POC, and Ultrasound Guided IV. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 4:1 in Main ED and 6:1 in Fast Track.
