Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) for a scheduled assignment in Weatherford, Texas. This role involves providing patient care in a dedicated L&D unit, with responsibilities focused on supporting mothers through delivery, postpartum recovery, and immediate newborn care. The position requires a commitment to high-quality maternal and neonatal care during nights shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Weatherford, TX
• Unit: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Department
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Texas RN license, 2+ years of hospital or specialty experience in labor and delivery, recovery, immediate newborn care, PACU, c-section procedures, BLS, NRP, W H AONN certifications, familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system, ability to circulate c-sections, and ability to work in a fast-paced L&D environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to scrub c-sections, Meditech experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in labor and delivery procedures, patient care skills, and adherence to dress code policies including wearing facility-provided scrubs, maintaining neat hair, covering tattoos, and adhering to body piercing policies. Attendance policies are strictly enforced. The unit has 4 beds, with patient ratios of 1:1 for pitocin and 2:1 for others, and no floating policy.
