Description
Job Summary:
This opportunity is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) at a healthcare facility in Cleveland, Ohio. The RN will assist cardiology teams in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders during invasive procedures. Responsibilities include supporting rhythm management device implantation, ablations, and lead extractions, along with moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, scrub assisting, cardioversions, and providing pre- and post-procedure care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, Ohio state licensure, and at least 0 years of nursing experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiovascular invasive procedures, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and previous experience in a cardiac specialty setting
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for supporting invasive cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to facility protocols. The role involves assisting during complex cardiac interventions and maintaining sterile techniques throughout procedures.
