Progressive Care Unit registered nurse (RN) position available in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves working in a 55-bed unit specializing in cardiovascular care, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations. Job Details:

• Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications preferred; 0+ years of experience; Cardiovascular care experience required; Basic proficiency with Epic charting system; Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiovascular experience, NIHSS certification, and familiarity with Epic electronic charting system
• Float: Float rotation to similar units may be required, with brief orientation provided on each unit
• Additional Information: The unit maintains a patient ratio of 1:4-5, with a daily census of 38 inpatients. The role involves on-site completion of modules during orientation, with all hours logged and recorded via transcripts. The candidate must be prepared to start within 48 business hours post-contract signing and be compliant with lab and credentialing requirements.
