Job Summary
Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The role involves providing compassionate and skilled nursing care within a behavioral health setting, serving a diverse patient population including geriatrics, pediatrics (ages 5-17), and adults. Job Details

• Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a schedule of 8 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 1 year of nursing experience, located in or willing to work in Massachusetts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in behavioral health nursing, familiarity with psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety
• Additional Information:
  • Unit information: 104 beds across adult, child, and geriatrics units
  • Patient ratios: approximately 1:8, with lower ratios on geriatrics and pediatrics units
  • No specific equipment requirements; Cerner Electronic Health Record system used
  • Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric patients
  • Dress code: Scrubs worn in Blue color
