Job Summary:
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) registered nurse position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, within a healthcare facility that provides acute care services. Job Details:

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Schedule: 12-hour days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, no block scheduling available.
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of PACU experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, valid license to submit, willing to wait for licensing.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: None; floating is not required.
• Additional Information: Nurses will be expected to pass a pass/fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with requirements including sterile field maintenance, lifts, restraints, and wound care. Orientation includes two days of floor-specific training. The unit manages cardiac recovery and sedation patients, with a focus on sterile skills. Hospital policy permits cancellation of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment. The facility runs Cerner charting system, and scrubs are provided in blue.
